| 本文以甘肃省地矿局地质资料馆为例，通过馆藏资料现状和发展趋势分析，建设性的讨论了地矿行业图书馆馆藏图书及过刊修复整理和数据库建设的必要性和实施意义。提出以馆藏老旧、损毁资料修复和整理为手段，挽救和保护价值资源；以明确资料数据库建库要求、执行建库标准、采取内外资源相结合的方式，完成专题特色数据库建设，依托已有互联网网站等资源，构建高效服务平台，为使用者提供多层次、多方位、较为完备的检索查询和资源利用等综合服务，为管理者提供优化馆藏资源、完善馆藏体系、提高服务信息，力争使文献资料管理和服务上一个新台阶，为地质工作转型升级和高质量发展做出应有的贡献。 |

| Take the Geological Information Museum of Gansu as an example, this paper constructively discusses the necessity and implementation significance of the restoration and collation of the collections and the construction of the database of the industry library collections through the analysis of the current situation and development trend of the collections. It is proposed to save and protect the value resources by means of the restoration and finishing of old and damaged resources in the collection. In order to clarify the requirements of the library, implement the standard of building the library, take the combination of internal and external resources, complete the construction of the thematic characteristic database, rely on the existing Internet sites and other resources to build an efficient service platform, to provide readers with multi-level multi-directional and more complete search query and resource reading and other comprehensive collection services, to provide managers with information to optimize the collection resources, improve the collection system, improve the level of service. Strive to make literature management and services to a new level, for the geological work transformation and upgrading and high-quality development to make due contributions. |
